Strategic Partnership between Reinert-Ritz and Curio Water
Reinert-Ritz GmbH is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Curio Water, based in the United Kingdom. To formalize the agreement, Curio Group Managing Director Howard Marles and Business Development Manager Steve McIlwaine traveled to Reinert-Ritz’s headquarters in Nordhorn to sign the contract.
“We are very proud to formalize our partnership after years of preparatory work,” says Nico Hindriks, Technical Sales Consultant at Reinert-Ritz GmbH. With this agreement, Curio Water becomes Reinert-Ritz’s official contractual partner in the UK.
As a service and planning partner of Veolia UK and a market leader in micro-pollutant water treatment, Curio Water’s expertise and extensive network make it an ideal collaborator. Their strong connections with planning offices enable early-stage structural improvements to wastewater infrastructure across the UK. “The UK’s infrastructure demands high-quality, innovative solutions,” explains Howard Marles. “Our collaboration with Reinert-Ritz presents a significant opportunity to enhance the country’s water management systems.”
Reinert-Ritz’s proven solutions, including the time-efficient polyethylene Quick-Twist fittings and removal components, as well as ReinoGrip push-fit connections—with and without longitudinal force- have already demonstrated their effectiveness in drinking water applications. The Quick-Pig system, in particular, has gained recognition in the UK, winning the UKSTT Award for Innovative Technology last year for its role in renewing a Sewage Rising Main on Tresco in the Isles of Scilly.
Addressing Challenges in UK Water and Wastewater Infrastructure
“We were impressed by Reinert-Ritz’s innovative solutions and working methods from the start,” emphasizes Marles. “The visit for the contract signing and the factory tour further reinforced our confidence in this partnership.”
Both companies are optimistic about their future collaboration and are committed to tackling the challenges of UK pipework infrastructure together. Both partners are optimistic about a shared future and are motivated to take on the challenges of pipework.
