Overview:
McBreen Enviro UK was contracted by a new client to carry out trenchless rehabilitation works on a section of ageing concrete pipework. The project required careful coordination, multiple access points, and minimal surface disruption.
Project Scope:
Installation of a UV-cured liner across five sections of 300mm concrete pipe, totalling over 200 metres.
Works Completed:
- A full CCTV survey was conducted ahead of works to assess access, condition, and alignment
- UV lining technology was selected for its speed and non-intrusive application
- All works were completed overnight as per the programme
Result:
- Over 200m of pipe rehabilitated using no-dig methods
- Installation delivered in line with specification
- A smooth, efficient project completed for a new client
