With RSM’s Open Day fast approaching, anticipation is building for an unforgettable day of innovation, insight, and industry celebration.
RSM’s Open Day promises a packed schedule of cutting-edge demonstrations and hands-on insight into the latest in trenchless technology. But the excitement doesn’t end there – as the sun sets over Doncaster, the energy will rise with an evening celebration set to entertain, impress, and bring the industry together in true RSM style.
Throughout the day, attendees will witness live demonstrations that showcase RSM’s market-leading solutions in action. To highlight how these technologies are applied in the field, RSM’s expert technical team will perform a full, live rehabilitation of a pipe system from start to finish.
The demonstration will begin with the mainline being rehabilitated using a liner impregnated by RSM’s skilled wet out department. Once installed and cured,
the lateral will be reinstated using the newest addition to RSM’s cutting equipment range – the electrically powered Gecko E Lateral Cutter.
The lateral will then be lined, followed by the installation of a top hat liner to fully rehabilitate the junction. The process will conclude with the rehabilitation of the manhole using a brand-new product launched specifically for the event.
From manhole sealing and liner installation to lateral reinstatement, these demonstrations will provide a close-up look at every stage of the pipe rehabilitation process. They offer a valuable opportunity to see RSM’s technology in action and gain practical insight into the products and techniques shaping the future of trenchless rehabilitation.

When the demonstrations wrap up, the celebration will begin! Starting the party is none other than BBC Radio 1’s James Cusack, who will be setting the tone for the evening with a high-energy DJ set. Then, prepare for an electrifying headline act from the one and only Judge Jules. After his RSM debut at their 2023 Open Day, Judge Jules is returning to the stage with a full live band, offering a one-of-a-kind fusion of iconic dance tracks and live instruments that promises to elevate the entire experience.
