Three Fantastic Days of Innovation, Networking and Collaboration!

NO-DIG LIVE 2026 – Three Fantastic Days of Innovation, Networking and Collaboration!

UKSTT celebrates a successful three-day conference at NO-DIG LIVE 2026

The UK Society for Trenchless Technology (UKSTT) is delighted to reflect on three fantastic days at NO-DIG LIVE 2026, held from 29 September to 1 October at NAEC Stoneleigh, Kenilworth.

Organised by Westrade Group, NO-DIG LIVE once again brought together professionals, exhibitors, industry experts and organisations from across the trenchless technology sector for three days of innovation, knowledge sharing, networking and live demonstrations.

A huge congratulations must go to the entire Westrade team for organising and delivering such a successful event. With the weather firmly on our side, the atmosphere throughout the three days was extremely positive, making it a thoroughly enjoyable occasion for everyone involved.

Three Days of Engaging Conference Sessions

UKSTT was proud to deliver the three-day conference programme, providing a platform for industry specialists, utility companies, technical experts and international representatives to share their knowledge, experiences and insights into the future of trenchless technology.

Day 1 featured a varied programme covering the benefits of UKSTT membership, encouraging the use of trenchless technology for streetworks, the New to Trenchless Industry Network Challenge, and the challenges facing utility networks. Presentations explored subjects including roadworks, leakage, pipe rehabilitation and the launch of the new Sewer Renovation Design Guide.

Day 2 continued with discussions on designing trenchless solutions into infrastructure delivery, the challenges and successes experienced by utility companies, and the importance of recruitment and training in addressing industry skills gaps.

The afternoon’s International Forum provided an opportunity to hear perspectives from trenchless technology professionals representing Australia, South Africa, Germany, the UK and the wider international community, highlighting the global importance of sharing knowledge and best practice.

Day 3 brought something new and particularly exciting to the conference programme, with robotic demonstrations from exhibiting companies taking place throughout the morning for the first time. This provided an opportunity to showcase technology in action and highlighted the continuing innovation and technical developments within the trenchless industry.

Stand 108 – A Warm Welcome and Some Exceptional Cream Teas!

Away from the conference sessions, the UKSTT Stand 108 proved to be a popular meeting point throughout the event.

It was wonderful to welcome so many UKSTT members, industry colleagues and visitors over the three days. The stand was consistently busy, providing an informal and welcoming space to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections and discuss all things trenchless.

Our complimentary tea and coffee certainly proved popular, but it was perhaps the cream teas that stole the show!

A special mention must go to local bakery Andrew Davies, who supplied the exceptionally good scones, freshly collected each day. They were a real treat and certainly helped make Stand 108 a favourite stopping point for many visitors.

More importantly, it was fantastic to see so many of our members supporting the event, taking the time to visit the stand and engage with us. These conversations and connections are at the heart of what makes our Society and the wider trenchless community so special.

A Huge Thank You to the UKSTT Council

Delivering a three-day conference programme and maintaining a welcoming presence throughout such a busy exhibition requires considerable time, effort and teamwork.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to all members of the UKSTT Council who generously gave their time, expertise and support throughout the event.

From helping with the conference programme and supporting speakers and sessions to welcoming visitors at the stand and representing the Society, their contribution was invaluable.

Their continued commitment and enthusiasm play an important role in helping UKSTT promote the benefits, innovation and wider adoption of trenchless technology.

Three fantastic days, great weather, excellent conversations, fascinating technology and, of course, some unforgettable cream teas!

Thank you to everyone who visited Stand 108, attended the conference sessions, supported UKSTT and helped make NO-DIG LIVE 2026 such an enjoyable and successful event.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at the next NO-DIG LIVE!
