New to Trenchless Industry Network Webinar
Title: Rehabilitation (CIPP)
Date: 19th November 2026
Venue: Online
Time: 2pm – 4pm
The UK Society for Trenchless Technology (UKSTT) has launched a Network to tackle industry-specific challenges and support newcomers to the trenchless technology field. The “UKSTT New to Trenchless Industry Network” demonstrates the organisation’s dedication to developing future trenchless specialists and maintaining the industry’s sustainable growth.
This month’s webinar will concentrate on Rehabilitation (CIPP).
Not all CIPP systems are the same – how well do you know the options and how to ensure they are designed and installed correctly?
Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner technology plays a significant role in the rehabilitation of underground pipelines, but with different systems and methods available, understanding the options is essential.
Join UKSTT for an informative webinar moderated by Iain Naismith, UKSTT Technical and Education Committee Chair:
- Phil Steele of RSM will explain the different types of CIPP and their relative merits
- Wessex Water will consider the use of CIPP from the perspective of a network owner
- Peter Henley of WRc will provide an overview of the new Sewer Renovation Design Guide
- Iain Naismith will highlight the information available in the Water UK Information & Guidance Note on using CIPP written by the UK sewer network owners
Whether you’re new to CIPP or looking to broaden your existing knowledge, this session offers an opportunity to gain valuable insight into this widely used rehabilitation technique.
