Keynote Speaker Neil Brammal, CEO Utility Survey Exchange and Technical Advisor to the Geospatial Commission on the high profile NUAR project.

Neil has been working in the utilities sector for nearly 20 years, delivering geospatial solutions aimed at reducing damage and improving safety. He has run his own business since 2013, and in 2017 won the Geovation Underground Assets innovation challenge. He is the founder of Utility Survey Exchange which aims to improve the accuracy and completeness of asset location data at source, and is currently working with UK Power Networks to improve data confidence using high quality PAS128 surveys.
