We have the resources, skills, equipment and industry accreditation to complete civils, drainage and rehabilitation work for all customers and clients.
Introduction: Drainforce Limited completed this project as a package of work that we were awarded following the outcome of a competitive tender process.
The project was initially UV lining, prestart checks and CCTV surveying identified a defect that required excvation, the location of the defect was repaired by the installation of a new manhole, this manhole also benefited the project as access into the culvert to complete the UV lining installation.
The works are was adjacent to a children’s play park and the park had to be left open. Our working area was fully secured and enclosed using heras fencing, screened visual barrier and a locked gate for access which was then immediately closed.
Our onsite customer information board was used to keep customers and users of the park are informed on progress and duration of works. customers were very complementary on the work and the way the project was being professionally managed.
The solution involved:

*Implementing multiple overpumping and long lengths of bagging
*2 stage deep excavation to complete repair and construct manhole 8m deep
*Careful pipe cleaning preparation in conjunction with CCTV
*UV lining 900mm diameter, 190m in length
*Post lining CCTV
