Develop offers a comprehensive multi utility programme and leads the way with training and assessment that enables multi-skilling of the contractor’s workforce to ensure competency across a wide range of utility sector activities. Develop maintains appropriate training databases enabling contractors to show compliant records that meet the specified training requirements outlined in utility contracts.

Technical Training - Within our Technical Training Division specialist business units provide a comprehensive range of courses including open and bespoke programmes, many of which are certified by nationally recognized awarding bodies.
Apprenticeships - The Develop Academy offers a complete outsourced service for the funding, recruitment, training and accreditation of Apprenticeship programmes. Large scale apprenticeship programmes are run for clients such as National Grid, United Utilities and Anglian Wate
Management Training - Develop is also able to offer its clients a wide range of supervisory and management programmes delivered by its own in house team of consultants. These include the recently introduced Gas Network Engineering Management Level 4 NVQ in specialist areas such as network design, installation & construction, project management, pipeline maintenance and transmission & distribution network control.

Develop has built up considerable expertise in offering bespoke training solutions for contractors and utilities companies.
