Company Information: A E Yates is a progressive Civil Engineering and Tunnelling Contractor with an enviable track record of successfully delivering technically demanding high quality works to the complete satisfaction of a wide variety of public and private Clients. In addition to our General Civil Engineering activities, we underatke Mechanised Tunnelling, Microtunnelling and No-Dig works. We own and operate a fleet of 7 No. State-of-the-art Herrenknecht, Iseki and Soltau slurry tunnelling systems to install pipes from 600mm to 1800mm ID. In addition, we construct tunnels by open-faced mechanised techniques and we own an Akkerman WM1500 Drum Digger TBM and Herrenknecht 1500 and 1800 ID Back Acter TBM?s. We also own and operate 7 No Horizontal Directional Drilling Rigs with pull-back capacity?s between 8 and 70 tonnes. We operate throughout the UK and Europe from our headquarters in Bolton and offer Clients full technical support and advise at feasibility and design stage on any proposed project.
